Parent Carer Trauma
I am a SEN parent who has experienced significant harm from the system. I used personal creative therapy to process the harm. Here is a little insight.
Creative Therapy
Here I show how I have used creative therapy to explore feelings of anger and rage and through that I can see a purpose. In the creative therapy training we will look at making meaning out of our art.
