I’m Nicola Hughes, a Creative Counsellor, Supervisor and Author based in West Leeds.

I enjoy working with a wide range of clients and their diverse needs, including neurodivergence, trauma, relational challenges, grief, work place stress and women's health. 
I also offer training and consultation for organisations; a blend of trauma‑aware, ND‑informed practice designed to make workplaces and education settings safer, safe and sustainable for neurodivergent people.

Meeting you Outdoors, Online, and from The Caravan Clinic in Pudsey. Happy to travel for consultation and training.

When I'm not working or dreaming up a new project you can find me at my sewing machine or art desk. I also love the glorious colours of autumn so you'll find me in the forest with my therapy dog Mo.

Meet Mo

Also known as Mo Mo, Mosey Mo, Moses, and when he was toilet training occasionally he got called Mo-by Dick!!

​

Mo is a Toy Poodle and he loves coming into the Caravan Clinic if he's requested. He jumps between the sofas for a little while, sniffs you and then settles down, usually on your knee or beside you. Clients find his presence soothing and calming.

 

Mo is in training to be an official therapy dog but as he likes to do as he pleases I don't think we are going to pass anytime soon. Please ask if you want some Mo time but just understand he's not working as an official therapy dog yet! Cuddles at your own risk!
