There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.
Maya Angelou
You may think working online is a contradiction to my practice being creative and outdoors.
Well, what can I say? Online works. It gives you the time and space you create for yourself to talk about the things that are bothering you. We usually book the same day and time each week for regular sessions. You can choose to speak to me on the phone or through Zoom.
You can also choose whether you want to work in a nature or creative informed way, or use the time and space to talk.

Benefits of Online Therapy
-
You can choose between Zoom or the phone and this is personal preference, one doesn't work better than the other
-
You may find it easier to talk, focus and express yourself.
-
You can create a comfortable and private space in your own home.
-
If you don’t have transport or I am not near you we can still work together.
-
You don't have to leave your home, which can work really well in between looking after children and working from home.
